Mrs. Sujata Mohapatra (Secretary)
Mrs. Sujata Mohapatra is an U S Exchange Alumni at International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP). She is very proactive in the field of RTI movement for the last decade. Starting her RTI activism from the “Ghoos Ko Ghoosa” campaign spear headed by “Parivartan” in the year 2006, She is engaged as a campaigner and trainer in the field of RTI for all these periods. Now acting as the state coordinator for the non-registered RTI platform “Odisha Soochana Adhikar Mancha” She is fully engaged in to implementing RTI in the state. With her guidance the RTI volunteers of the Mancha are working in different districts and have emerged as the catalytic change agents in their respective areas of operation.
She is also a state level resource person for RTI & Panchayatiraj training organized by the department of Panchayatiraj and Gopabandhu academy of administrative training. Also, she is assisting a number of NGOs in streamlining RTI in to their project areas. Presently she is a consultant to SWATI an organization working in Kandhamal district on RTI & leadership development. She has been a part of a number of projects and studies in RTI under taken by Transparency International, NCPRI & OSAM.
Mr. Birendra Kumar Mishra (Executive Director)
Mr. Birendra Kumar Mishra has a vast administrative experience is presently working as chairperson Odisha State Jawahar Bhawan under Ministry of HRD. He is also a consultant to CBSE as CSO and earlier to NIOS. Mr. Mishra has the President’s scout Award to his credit while was in school (1971). With qualification of MSC, PGDBA and training in FFS system inclusions with Germ technology, he has work experience in Drugs department of Govt. of India for 28 years .His pleasing personality, long administrative experiences, financial expertise and longing for inclusive social growth will be no doubt an asset for Sadhana Foundation.
Suryakant Mohapatra (Treasurer)
Mr Suryakanta Mohapatra a progressive farmer from Khurda district has been active in the social field since the year 1999. The Super cyclone in Odisha and the subsequent desperation of the population drew him out from the comfort of his home. He worked in the field of Disaster preparedness with an organization namely IYDP for more than five years and then moved on to work in the field of Right to Information and transparency. Known as an RTI activist of his area, Mr Mohapatra dreams of an egalitarian social order and works for realization of his dream. His experience has been the grounding stone for Sadhana Foundation
Jyotsna Mohanty (Trustee)
Mrs Jyotshna Mohanty has been active professionally in the social sector field for a decade. Her forte is study & research. She is the trustee of Sadhana foundation and is responsible for the project implementation section. As a trustee she is an asset to the Sadhana Foundation Trust.

Prof Biswanath Rath
Prof Biswanath Rath has been the professor in political science and has acted as the Director of KIIT International division for more than a decade. Mr. Rath has a special blending towards spiritualism and has been into philanthropic activities throughout his carrier. Rooted in Indian values and principles he has visited more than 40 countries to imbibe the western knowledge to promote education in India.
Dr Manas Ranjan Nanda
Dr Manas Ranjan Nanda completed his Post Graduation from JNU and PhD from Utkal University and Post Doctorate from IIT Kanpur. At present he is working as a senior faculty in the Department of Sociology at Ekamra Degree College, Bhubaneswar. He is also working as Coordinator at SC 2100 RC IGNOU Bhubaneswar. He is the founder Member of The Development Task Force. Dr Nanda has published article s in both National and International Journal and has published books which are taught in Sambalpur University and State Open University. Odisha. He is also awarded with the prestigious Post-Doctoral Scholarship by MHRD. He has also bagged a prestigious award Rajiv Gandhi Sadbhawana Award as a best social organiser. His special interest is in Women Studies, Urban studies, Tribal Studies and Sociogy of Conflict Studies. His main passion is to work for the poor and down trodden mass in the state of Odisha.
Er. Kanhu Charan Behura
Er. Kanhu Charan Behura an engineer by qualification but a revolutionary by practice. Whether it is natural disaster or socio-economic developmental initiatives for the poor or propagating the values of Anandamarg, Mr Behura is on the forefront of all these initiatives. As the president of Adarsha Foundation he has been into livelihood projects of tribals in far flung areas of the state and is a known activist in the field of governance and accountability.
Mr Jimuta Prasad Mishra
Mr Jimuta Prasad Mishra, with an M.Phil degree in international politics and masters in English literature is very much into research and developmental action programmes. While working in NIPIDIT an NGO, he has many research publications to his credit. Committed for the socio-economic development of the state of Odisha, he has joined Aam Aadmi Party and is the state executive member of the party. Mr. Mishra presently working as the editor of the daily newspaper “Jagrata Odisha”.
Prof. Rabi Narayan Panda
Prof. Rabi Narayan Panda is a lecturer in Odiya in a degree college i.e. Ramamani Mahavidyalaya, Kantabad of Khurda district. Mr. Panda has a long stint in the developmental sector and as the founder of IYDP (Institute for Youth & Disaster Preparedness) has trained youths into disaster preparedness and Management for the last 30 years. He has also secured his place in the intelligentsia through his numerous writings and thought-provoking articles in renowned periodicals and dailies.
Er. Hari Shankar Rout
Mr. Rout has been the founder secretary of SWATI (Social Welfare Agency and Training Institute) an NGO working for the tribal intensive areas of Odisha. Being an engineer doesn’t deter his resolve to work for the upliftment of the marginalized masses. In a small time, he has proved himself as a pioneer in the developmental field.
Mrs. Sonia Singh Shrivastav
A Qualified Master Degree holder in Business Administration. A Senior Manager in Mobile Advertising Industry by Profession. She has inborn inclination for social work with special focus in Child and Women Education & Youth Empowerment.
Ms. Reeta Rani Das
Ms. Reeta Rani Das, a developmental expert is active in the social sector since last 25 years having experiences and expertise in the field of Panchayati raj, Health, Right to Information, Right to Education Organisation development, Rural development, coordination and facilitation involvement of Corporate partners. She developed training methodology and module and conducted field level trainings as a project trainer on CBO and SHG management. She has also
associated with the department of SC/ST (UNFPA supported) PREM, WCD Dept. CYSD, SIRD etc.
As a development Professional, she has been extending her active support to NGOs, CBOs, and Corporate Agencies for conducting training programmes for PRI members and trainers of the Agencies and state Budget Process. Her contribution towards Publication of “Gram Swaraj” cewq(News Bulletin on Micro –Planning (2002) and “Janile Jiniba” the 2nd edition –Odia Publication on PRI (2006) were remarkable as well

Ms.Pushpanjali Seth
Ms. Pushpanjali Seth is a former National Service Volunteer of NYKS (Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathana) and now working as project coordinator of forest Department, Govt. of Odisha at Jharsuguda district. She is dedicating her time for volunteering since adulthood towards child and women development.
Ms. Sonali Pattanayak
Ms. Sonali Pattanayak is currently working as MBK (master book keeper) of Gediapalli panchayat, Khurdha district under Mission Shakti. Women empowerment and capacity building of self-help group members is her main priority. She is also a cultural activist and her performance in cultural activities is quite notable.

Mr. Srikanta Kumar Tripathy
Mr. Ranjan Kumar is recognized as a state level master trainer on Panchayatiraj and good governance. He is a communication specialist and has a very good mobilization power. He is the in charge of event management of Sadhana foundation.
Mr. Srikanta Kumar Tripathy is known as an RTI activist and a strong community leader from 2007 onwards. He was a brave shoulder in that Nationwide campaign called “ Drive Against Bribe” and took the risk in challenging situation in the local community .
Ms. Mamata Patra
Ms. Mamata Patra is a video journalist and noted social activist from Rairakhol, Sambalpur. She is well known as abrave and daring lady who is always fighting for the rights of common people and women in distress. she is also doing mentoring of all the video volunteers of Odisha.
Mr. Amiya Kumar Dash
As an RTI activist, Mr. Amiya Kumar Dash has been working in Bargarh district since 2007 and participating in many social activities like public hearing, social audit, and Governance mechanism, youth development programmes etc. a group of young dynamics volunteers from his locality are also very active and organizes many public interest activities in their district.
Mr. Chintamani Mohanty
Mr. Chintamani Mohanty is a self-Entrepreneur and yoga instructor has been working with us from a decade. He is a kind hearted young man in their community and organizing health related activities for the aged group basically on Yoga and meditation. Yusuf Meharally Centre, Odisha Chapter has been supporting him since inception.
Mr. Sushanta Kumar Pradhan
Mr. Sushanta Kumar Pradhan is a business Entrepreneur and community leader in the field of digital marketing and develop sector. He is in to the capacity building of self-help group member and Area Level federations with the support of Bhubaneswar Municipality Corporation and State Urban Development Agency.
Mr. Rinku Kumar Sahoo
Mr. Rinku Kumar Sahoo is an eminent Odissi dancer and cultural activist in the field of Classical and Folk dance. He has organized with his team “Sadhana dance and Music festival”twice with the unique composition of Mr. Anil kumar Mohapatra, a renowned music composer. The objective of this programme was to promote and revive the
traditional dying folk culture of Odisha.
Sri Som
Sri som is a youth Leader and national level trainer. He is leading the organization “National Youth Project” and has been spreading the message of love, peace,
harmony and national integration among the youths.He isalso a trainer of leadership,
communication and personality development of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathana (NYKS) and NSS (national Service Scheme).
Ms. Anupama Sethy
Ms. Anupama Sethy is a video volunteer and social worker in jagatsinghpur District and has been serving the community since last 10 years on different issues and fighting for the rights and dignity of Dalit and marginalized sections. She is currently working as the founder of one organization named “Naarishakti Trust”
Mr. Chhayakant Mohapatra
Being an educationist, Mr. Chhayakant Mohapatra doing volunteering for Sadhana Foundation, connecting with other students by engaging them in youth development activities in University and College level.
Ms. Sasmita Dehury
Ms. Sasmita Dehury is student volunteer of Sadhana Foundation and organizing some community level programmes on adolescent girl’s life skill education in her local area along with study in Sambalpur district. She is a very dynamic leader at this age and doing bravely all the assignments.

Ms. Satyarekha Mohanty is also a student volunteer of Dhenkanal district and has been doing volunteering along with her study. She is doing her masters in social work and engaging herself in community development.

Mr.faiz Allam is doing his masters in physics and preparing for higher studies. He is also very active in social sector in the field of education and relief distribution during pandemic. He is working for the development of slum children of their community from last 6 years.

Mr. Amit kumar Dash is very active in social media and connecting digitally with many youths forum. Being a responsible member of Help Odisha Foundation, he is doing busy with the community development programme along with some local youths.
Ms. Pratima Nayak
Ms. Pratima Nayak is a student volunteer of Bhubaneswar and has been working with Sadhana Foundation for adolescent education in Bhubaneswar slum community. Along with her study, she is contributing some time in youth development programme.

Ms. Sasmita dalai is a community covid warrior in her ward at Bhubaneswar. She leads a very active and energetic team of women group and engages herself for serving the community. She is also leading MAS (Mahila Arogya Samiti) in her ward and spreading the awareness on health and sanitation.
